Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss

I would like to wish Dr. Seuss a very Happy Birthday! Born on this day in 1904 without whom most of us would have had a less happy childhood. Theodor Seuss Geisel brought us such wonderful works as Green Eggs and Ham (my childhood favorite) The Cat in the Hat, Horton Hears a Who, Hop on Pop (which my grandaughter loves) and many other favorites. Thank you Dr. Seuss for making learning to read fun!

  1. Childhood would've definitely been more boring! I'm so excited they are making The Lorax into a movie, that is my favorite Dr. Suess book!

  2. I'm looking forward to seeing The Lorax as well. I remember not long ago finally getting to see Horton Hears a Who and loved it.
